PRIVATE  3 BEDROOMED STATIC CARAVAN TO LET.

This caravan has everything you require to make your holiday perfect.  This is a luxurious 2004 BK Lymington caravan. It has 1 double bedroom with ensuite toilet with hand towel provided. and 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom. Duvets and pillows are provided, you just have to fetch your own bedding.

With us having children ourselves we thought we would add some books and toys/games for the use of our younger guests. Please feel free to let your children use them. It will help keep them amused in the mornings so you can have a lay in.

In the kitchen there is a full sized built in cooker with gas hob. There is a under unit fridge with small freezer compartment.  There is also a microwave, toaster and deep fat fryer. 

I don't know about you, but 1st thing in the morning a mug of coffee is what I need to get me started, so we have also added mugs for you to use.

There is a seperate shower and toilet room.

In the lounge there is a seating area big enough for everyone with a few cushions for added comfort. A tv video combi for keeping you updated with the news and soaps. A few video's to keep the children occupied.

Iron and ironing board are also provided as well as electric hoover and cleaning equipment.

There is a clock in the kitchen which can be seen from the lounge, a clock in the double bedroom. I know when we have been on Holiday in a caravan our children have bugged us a lot by keep on asking the time, as they have been wanting to go to the amusements.

Booking in time

We aim to have a booking in time of 12 o'clock which is a few  hours earlier than Haven. But we must ask that our guests leave @ 10am on departure dayin a clean tidy condition. So that we can prepare the caravan for the next lot of guests.

This caravan complies with the safety letting rules and regulations that Haven outline in their letting policies. It has had its yearly gas and electric checks (certificates are available for all to see) and is fitted with Smoke Alarm, Fire Extinguisher and Carbon Monoxide Detector.
